DECLARATION
of 30 April 2003
on the applicable amount for determining the total amount of wage entitlements paid to one employee under Act No. 118 / 2000 Coll., on the protection of employees in the insolvency of the employer and on the amendment of certain laws
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to § 5 (2) of Act No. 118 / 2000 Coll., on the protection of employees in the insolvency of the employer and on the amendment of certain laws:
For the period from 1 May 2003 to 30 April 2004, the total amount of wage entitlements paid to one employee shall be CZK 15 707.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
