THE LAW
of 28 June 1995
supplementing Act No. 482 / 1991 Coll., on Social Needs, as amended
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act of the Czech National Council No. 482 / 1991 Coll., on social needs, as amended by Act No. 84 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 165 / 1993 Coll., Act No. 307 / 1993 Coll. and Act No. 182 / 1994 Coll., is added as follows:
In Paragraph 7 (2), the following sentence is added at the end: "The full day care condition shall also be deemed to be fulfilled if the child is placed in a childcare facility which has been exempt from compulsory education for a period not exceeding six hours per day but not exceeding 18 years of age."
This Act shall take effect on 1 August 1995.
