THE LAW

of 22 April 1993

amending and supplementing Act No. 29 / 1984 Coll., on the System of Primary and Secondary Schools (School Act), as amended by Act No. 188 / 1988 Coll., Act No. 171 / 1990 Coll. and Act No. 522 / 1990 Coll.

Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:

Čl. I

Act No. 29 / 1984 Coll., on the System of Primary and Secondary Schools (School Act), as amended by Act No. 188 / 1988 Coll., Act No. 171 / 1990 Coll. and Act No. 522 / 1990 Coll., is amended as follows:

1. In Paragraph 57a (1), the words "private primary schools' are inserted after the words" private primary schools' and the words "Article 24 (2) 'are deleted.

2. In § 57b (1), the words "church elementary school," shall be inserted after the words "church elementary school,"

3. In § 57c, the words "included in the network of preschool, school and school establishments 8 'are inserted after the words" church schools'.

Note 8:

"8) § 12 (5) (a) of the Czech National Council Act No. 564 / 1990 Coll., on State Administration and Self-Government in Education."

4. The following Section 64c is inserted after Section 64b:

„§ 64c

(1) A written proposal for the inclusion of a private primary art school in a school and school establishment network for the school year 1993 / 1994 shall be submitted by the founder to the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports no later than 30 days after the date of application of this Act.

(2) For the establishment and activity of private primary art schools, Decree No. 353 / 1991 Coll. on Private Schools is applicable. '

Čl. II

Section 9 of the Decree of the Ministry of Education, Youth and Sports of the Czech Republic No. 48 / 1993 Coll., on school meals is hereby repealed.

Čl. III

This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
