Minister of Construction and Technology of the Czech Socialist Republic

transferring the office of construction to the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Socialist Republic for certain buildings
Minister of Construction and Technology of the Czech Socialist Republic, in agreement with the Minister of Justice of the Czech Socialist Republic, pursuant to § 31 paragraph 2 (c) of Act No. 87 / 1958 Coll., on the Construction Regulations:
The scope of the building office, except in matters of expropriation and compensation for expropriation, is transferred to the Ministry of Justice of the Czech Socialist Republic for the construction of the Correctional Education Corps (§ 2).
(1) The following shall be regarded as the construction of the Correctional Education Corps under this Decree:
(a) structures for the services of the Correctional Education Corps and special structures included in the investment plan of the Correctional Education Corps;
(b) structures in the administration or use of the Correctional Education Corps for the purposes of the services of the Correctional Education Corps.
(2) However, housing and civil buildings carried out by other investors for the Correctional Education Corps are not considered to be constructions of the Correctional Education Corps under this Decree.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
