on the amendment to Decree No 312 / 1953 of the Foreign Trade Minister Ú. l., on the establishment of Strojexport, the Foreign Trade Company, as amended by Decree No 95 / 1960 Coll. and Decree No 147 / 1965 Coll.
The Foreign Trade Minister provides in an agreement with the Minister of Finance pursuant to § 2, 18 and 20 of Act No. 119 / 1948 Coll., on the State Organisation of Foreign Trade and International Sailing:
Decree of the Minister for Foreign Trade No 312 / 1953 Ú. l., on the establishment of Strojexport, the Foreign Trade Company, as amended by Decree No 95 / 1960 Coll. and Decree No 147 / 1965 Coll., is amended as follows:
Article 2 (1) reads as follows:
The scope of the business is foreign trade, in particular the export and import of products and equipment of heavy-current electrical equipment (including sludges and electric induction furnaces), equipment for the production of concrete prefabricates and parts, coal extraction and treatment equipment, construction and road machinery, steel structures of buildings and bridges, narrow-track locomotives, passenger and freight wagons, ships, dredges and floating stations, shipyards and port installations, transport, storage and lifting equipment, air-conditioning equipment, pumps and pumps, armatur, water treatment products and equipment with partial production of heavy-current devices, electric motors and pumps, car repair equipment;
the enterprise is also engaged in geological research abroad, export and import of construction works (road, bridge, railway lines, tunnels and other buildings);
the authorisation of the undertaking shall also include the supply of parts of the installation, spare parts, components, projects, assembly and technical assistance, or construction parts of the supply, in so far as this relates to the goods reserved to the undertaking.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1968.
