on the ineffectiveness of the regulations on the main accounting officers and on the organisation of the accounting service for single agricultural cooperatives
The Minister for Agriculture, Forestry and Water, pursuant to Article 2 of Act No. 14 / 1958 Coll., on the abolition of the regulations on the main accounting officers and on the organisation of the accounting services, provides:
Act No. 54 / 1952 Coll., on the main accounting officers and on the organisation of the accounting service, expires on 1 December 1961 for the single agricultural cooperatives; the same day the Ministry of Agriculture Decree No 185 / 1953 Ú. l, which regulates the organisation of the accounting service for the single agricultural cooperatives, is no longer effective.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 December 1961.
