DECLARATION
Ministry of Finance
of 27 August 1960
amending Decree No 206 / 1958 of the Ú. l., on the acquisition of property by private individuals by socialist sector organisations
The Ministry of Finance, after consulting the national committees, provides in agreement with the participating central authorities pursuant to § 21 of Decree No. 81 / 1958 Coll., on the management of national assets:
Decree No 206 / 1958 of the Úl. is amended as follows:
Article 1 (4) (2) reads as follows:
"Without the approval of the authorities, they may acquire
(a) regional national committees without regard to the level of remuneration;
(b) county national committees up to the payment of 100 000 CZK;
(c) local national committees up to a remuneration of 10 000 CZK. "
2. Paragraph 4 (4) reads as follows:
"Regional national committees may, in general or in certain cases, restrict the authorisations of national committees of lower degrees which they have under the previous paragraphs. ';
3. In Article 4, the following paragraphs 5 and 6 are inserted after paragraph 4:
"(5) Regional national committees may, in general or in certain cases, extend the authorisations of urban and district national committees which do not exercise the competence of the regional national committees up to the level of the powers of the regional national committees which they have under the previous paragraphs.
(6) The national committees may designate up to the level of their authorisation, in which cases organisations under their authority do not need to be authorised to acquire items. "
The designation of paragraphs 5 and 6 shall be amended to paragraphs 7 and 8.
4. In Paragraph 13 (2), the third sentence is deleted.
This Decree shall take effect from 1 October 1960.
