Government Regulation
of 25 October 1945
on the cancellation of interest on new deposits in postal savings accounts.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic orders pursuant to § 19, paragraph 1 of the Act of 23 September 1930, No. 143 Coll., on the Postal Savings Room:
§ 1.
Deposits to postal savings banks, deposited after 25 September 1945, do not interest on others.
§ 2.
The Ministers of Posts and Finance are hereby authorised to determine by common decree the date on which these deposits will be remunerated.
§ 3.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 26 September 1945 and shall apply in the Czech and Moravian-Silesian States; They shall be carried out by post and finance ministers.
