GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 6 May 2009
amending Government Regulation No 564 / 2006 Coll., on the remuneration of public service and administration employees, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 129 (2) of Act No. 262 / 2006 Coll., Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 362 / 2007 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 564 / 2006 Coll., on the remuneration of employees in public services and administration, as amended by Government Decree No. 74 / 2009 Coll. and Government Decree No. 130 / 2009 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 8 (1), at the end of the sentence, the first dot is replaced by a comma and the words "unless otherwise stated in paragraph 4 'are added.
2. Paragraph 8 (3) reads as follows:
"(3) Staff members shall be entitled to only one special allowance in Groups I to V., except for the special allowance for work carried out alternately in the two-shift, three-shift or continuous operating arrangements and the special allowance referred to in paragraph 4. The amount of the special supplement shall be determined by the employer's staff within the range most favourable to the staff member if the conditions laid down are met. The right to a special premium for work alternately carried out in a two-shift, three-shift or continuous operating regime and its amount, and the right to a special premium referred to in paragraph 4 shall be assessed separately. ';
3. In Article 8, the following paragraph 4 is added:
"(4) A health care worker who provides medical care in medical or emergency care facilities shall be responsible for a permanent high neuropsychological burden and a high level of liability for a special premium of 3,5% of the wage fare payable by the staff member under § 123 (1) to (4) of the Labour Code. '
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 2009.
