COMMUNICATION
Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs
of 7 April 2008
on the imposition of collective agreements of higher degree and amendments to collective agreements of higher degree
The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that, in accordance with the provisions of § 9 (1) of Act No. 2 / 1991 Coll., on collective bargaining, as amended, were deposited with it between 1.3.2008 and 31.3.2008:
1. Collective contract of higher degree concluded on 4 February 2008 between
Trade union Construction of the Czech Republic,
Trade union of transport workers, road economy and auto-repair Czech and Moravia
and
The Association of Entrepreneurs in Construction in the Czech Republic.
2. Collective contract of higher degree concluded on 10 December 2007 between
UNIOS union,
Transgas Union
and
Czech Gas Union - Employee Union.
3. Appendix 4 to the collective agreement concluded on 29 February 2008
KOVO Trade Union
and
Czech Moravian Electrical Association.
