DECLARATION
of 24 April 2003
amending Decree No. 173 / 1995 Coll., on the issue of the Railway Regulations, as amended
The Ministry of Transport provides pursuant to § 66 (1) of Act No. 266 / 1994 Coll., on Railways, as amended by Act No. 23 / 2000 Coll., ("the Act ') for the implementation of § 42 (3) of the Act:
Decree No. 173 / 1995 Coll., issuing the Railway Regulations, as amended by Decree No. 242 / 1996 Coll. and Decree No. 174 / 2000 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In the first sentence of Paragraph 52 (1), the words "district authorities' shall be replaced by the words" regional authorities'; in the second sentence, the words "regional authorities' shall be replaced by the words" regional authorities';
2. In Article 52 (2), the words "the district office 'are replaced by the words" the region'.
3. In the first sentence of Article 52 (3), the words "County authorities' are replaced by the words" County '; the words "County authorities' are replaced by the words" Regional authorities'; in the second sentence, the words "Regional authorities' are replaced by the words" Regional authorities'.
4. In Article 53 (2), the words "the district office 'are replaced by the words" the county'.
1. This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
2. Paragraph 52 shall be deleted from the date of entry into force of the Treaty of Accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union.
