GOVERNMENT REGULATION

amending Government Regulation No 297 / 1999 Coll., fixing the rates of duty applicable to imports of road semi-trailers originating in the European Union
The Government orders the implementation of § 57 paragraph 1 (f) of Act No. 13 / 1993 Coll., Customs Act:
In Paragraph 1 (1) (b) of Decree-Law No 297 / 1999 Coll., setting the rates of duty applicable to imports of road semi-trailer tractors originating in the European Union, "4,5 'is replaced by" 3,0'.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
