THE LAW
of 21 April 1993
amending and supplementing Act No. 87 / 1991 Coll., on extrajudicial rehabilitation, as amended by Act No. 267 / 1992 Coll., and Act No. 231 / 1991 Coll., on the Jurisdiction of the Bodies of the Czech Republic in extrajudicial rehabilitation, as amended by Act No. 544 / 1991 Coll.
Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Act No. 87 / 1991 Coll., on extrajudicial rehabilitation, as amended by Act No. 267 / 1992 Coll., is amended as follows:
Article 14 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) The legal persons are also natural persons to whom other injustices have been brought by the authorities whose decisions are annulled under the provisions of Sections 16, 17, 18 and on the basis of a protest from the prosecutor filed under Section 31. '.
2. In Article 29 (2), the words "and to religious and priests interned in centralisation monasteries with a regime similar to forced labour camps (Article 18 (2) of the Act) 'are inserted after the words" pursuant to Article 17 of the Law'.
3. In Article 29 (3) (d), the words "or centralisation monasteries with a regime similar to forced labour camps' shall be inserted after the words" forced labour camp '.
4. In Paragraph 31, the words "government 'and" 31 December 1992' are inserted after the words "other acts'.
The Act of the Czech National Council No. 231 / 1991 Coll., on the jurisdiction of the Czech authorities in extrajudicial rehabilitation, as amended by the Act of the Czech National Council No. 544 / 1991 Coll., is amended as follows:
Article 1 (c) reads as follows:
"(c) Ministry of Interior of the Czech Republic in the field of administrative relations (Sections 16 (3), 17 (2) and 18 (2) of the Act)."
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication.
