Regulation on the repeal of the provisions on alcohol monopoly

Order of the Minister for Finance
of 23 September 1950
repealing the provisions on alcohol monopoly.
The Minister of Finance hereby orders pursuant to Section 13 of Act No. 63 / 1950 Coll., on the Treatment of Tobacco, Salt and Alcohol Management and on the Elimination of State Financial Monopolies ("the Act '):
Paragraph 11 (1) and (2) of the Act repealing the provisions on the State financial monopoly on spirits shall become effective on 2 October 1950.
This date shall cease to apply in particular:
(a) Law No 95 / 1888 / 1999 on the duty of burnt spirit drinks, the levy on liquor and the production of pressed yeast, which is linked to the burning of liquor;
(b) Part II of Regulation No 120 / 1899 on the amendment of the Lime Tax Act;
(c) Article XX / 1899, on alcohol duty,
(d) Act No. 643 / 1919 Coll., repealing or amending certain provisions of the Lime Tax Act,
(e) Act No. 86 / 1932 Coll., amending certain provisions on alcohol taxation and regulating the management of alcohol,
(f) Paragraph 97 to 104 of Act No. 30 / 1946 Coll., on the reregulation of Czechoslovak law in the field of indirect taxes and state financial monopolies,
(g) Paragraph 1 of Act No. 118 / 1948 Coll., on the organisation of wholesale activities and on the nationalisation of wholesale undertakings, where it excludes from the scope of the Act the commercial activity carried out by the State financial monopoly of alcohol;
(h) Paragraph 2 (3) of Act No. 279 / 1948 Coll., on a Velkodziboční společnost v rozhodých rozhodnutí, provided that the activity reserved for the state liquor monopoly was excluded from the activities of the Velkodzibuční podniku.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
