Government Regulation
of 17 May 1949
on the adjustment of the service and pay ratios of lower road, bridge and water bodies in the fields of ministries of engineering and agriculture.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders, pursuant to § 210, paragraph 1 of the Act of 24 June 1926, No 103 Coll., on the modification of the pay and certain service conditions of civil servants (the Law of payment):
(1) For staff whose service and pay ratios are regulated in accordance with the first part of the Government Decree of 17 July 1928, No 133 Coll., on the regulation of service and pay ratios of lower bodies of road, bridge and water in the field of the Ministry of Public Works, the rules applicable to state pragmatic authorities under the first part of the Law No. 103 / 1926 Coll.
(2) Staff members whose service and salary ratios are adjusted in accordance with the second part of Decree No. 133 / 1928 Coll., shall be subject to the rules applicable to auxiliary staff pursuant to the Decree of 7 July 1926, No 114 Coll., on the treatment of service and pay ratios of auxiliary staff.
In order to classify the staff referred to in § 1, paragraph 1, in the category of founders and for classifying the staff referred to in § 1, paragraph 2, in the category of auxiliary staff, the Minister of Technology shall, in agreement with the Ministers of the Interior, Finance and Agriculture, issue a more detailed directive and shall also decide with them on the cases in dispute arising from the implementation of this Regulation.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1948; they shall be carried out by the Minister of Technology in agreement with the Ministers of the Interior, Finance and Agriculture.
