Minister for Justice
of 3 July 1947
on certain measures in the field of territorial organisation of district courts in the Moravian-Silesian country.
According to § 3, § 1, No 1 of Decree of the President of the Republic of 19 September 1945, No. 79 Coll., on the interim regulation of the judiciary in the Czech and Moravian-Silesian countries, I declare:
(1) Pending further adjustment of the territorial organisation of the judiciary, the jurisdiction of the District Court in Pohořelice is transferred to the District Court in Mikulov.
(2) The District Court of Pohořelice is attached to the District Court of Znojmo for that period.
This Decree shall take effect on 1 August 1947.
