The Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs states that the following higher-level collective agreement has been imposed:
Collective contract of higher degree for 2024 - 2029 concluded on 8 April 2024 between the Contracting Parties
Trade Union Construction of the Czech Republic
and
Union of Transport Workers, Road Economy and Auto Repair Bohemia and Moravia
and
The Union of Entrepreneurs in Construction.
