On 31 January 2012, the Constitutional Court decided, under sp. zn. Pl. ÚS 19 / 11, in plenary composed of the President of the Court of Pavel Rychetský and Judges Vlasta Formánková, Military Güttler, Pavel Holländer, Ivana Janů, Vladimir Krářík, Jiří Mucha, Jan Musil, Jiří Nykodým, Miloslav Excellent, Eliška Wagner and Michaela Židlická, on the proposal of the Ministry of the Interior to repeal Article VII of the generally binding Decree of the Statutory City of Liberec No. 3 / 2009 on Public Order, with the participation of the Ministry of Interior and the Statutory City of Liberec as parties to the Proceedings and to the Ombudsman,
as follows:
Article VII of the General Decree of the Statutory City of Liberec No 3 / 2009 on Public Order shall be deleted from the date of the publication of this finding in the Collection of Laws.
