of 22 December 2004
establishing a national list of European sites of importance
The Government orders pursuant to § 45a (2) of Act No. 114 / 1992 Coll., on Nature and Landscape Conservation, as amended by Act No. 218 / 2004 Coll.:
National list of European sites
The definition of the different European sites of the national list, including the indicative border management and other closer data on them and the proposal for a territorial protection category, is set out in Annexes 1 to 863 to this Regulation.
Boundary of the biogeographical region in the Czech Republic
(1) The Czech Republic is located in the territory of the Continental and Pannonian regions.

(3) The Continental biogeographical region in the Czech Republic comprises other cadastral territories not referred to in paragraph 2.
Efficacy
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.

Explanatory notes:
The following annexes, containing data on individual European sites, are grouped in accordance with the higher local authorities and alphabetically within each of them. If a European site is located in the territory of more than one higher local authority, it is included in the territory of which it lies for the most part. The introduction of each group of European sites of a higher geographical area of a given geographical area shows which other sites also partly interfere with it, and in brackets there is a reference to which higher geographical area of a higher geographical area lies for the most part.
In all Annexes, the following abbreviations are used for the proposed category of specially protected territory:
NP - National Park
CHKO - Protected Landscape Area
NPR - National Nature Reservations
PR - nature reserves
IPA - National Natural Monument
PP - natural monument
If more than one category is mentioned, this means that a European site can be declared through several specially protected areas of different categories.
Other categories of specially protected areas are not listed for European sites which are fully located in the national park or protected landscape area.

In addition to the sites listed below, the European location CZ0213779 of the Břežanská Valley (Central Bohemian Region) is partly affected in the territory of the City of Prague.
