amending Decree No 182 / 1968 Coll., on maternity benefits and child allowances to jobseekers
The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs provides, pursuant to § 32 (4) of Act No. 88 / 1968 Coll., on the extension of maternity leave, on maternity benefits and on the allowance for children from sickness insurance:
Decree No 182 / 1968 Coll., on maternity benefits and child allowances to jobseekers, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 4 (1), the amount "25 Cds' is replaced by" 30 Cds'.
2. Article 4 (3) and (4) reads as follows:
"(3) The amount of maternity allowance shall be 40 CZK per calendar day for applicants who have not yet been employed if they have received a higher education and 30 CZK in other cases.
(4) Cash assistance in maternity shall be granted on calendar days. ';
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1985.
