amending and supplementing Decree No. 140 / 1964 of the Ministry of Education and Culture Coll., on compulsory and work copies
The Ministry of Culture of the Slovak Socialist Republic provides pursuant to § 4 of Act No. 94 / 1949 Coll., on the Issue and Expansion of Books, Museums and Other Non-Periodic Publications, and § 3 (5) of Act No. 53 / 1959 Coll., on the Single System of Books:
Decree of the Ministry of Education and Culture No. 140 / 1964 Coll., on compulsory and working copies, is amended as follows:
1. In Article 3, paragraph 5a is inserted after paragraph 5:
"(5a) All printed matter, other than newspapers and periodicals, which are specifically affected by the scope of their application, shall be submitted to the county booklets after one compulsory copy. '
2. In Paragraph 5 (3), the dot at the end of the sentence is replaced by a semicolon and the provisions of the paragraph are replaced by the following:
"to the recipients referred to in Article 3 (5a), it shall send the required copies of the publishing house (publisher) only if it applies its request in due time. ';
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
