Federal Transport Committee

supplementing the Decree of the Ministry of Transport No. 52 / 1964 Coll., implementing the Railway Act
The Federal Transport Committee provides in agreement with the participating central authorities pursuant to § 29 of Act No. 51 / 1964 Coll., on Railways:
Paragraph 16 (1) of Decree No 52 / 1964 Coll., implementing the Railway Act, is added to points (f) and (g) of the following text:
"(f) where the rules governing the performance of the service are in accordance with the rules of technical operation and give an opinion on them,
(g) how the operation on the track is organised and the safety of persons and goods is ensured and carries out expert investigations into the causes of railway accidents on national and tugboat tracks. "
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1970.
