supplementing and amending the basic conditions for the supply of products supplied by undertakings of the Ministry of Food Industry to public wholesale and other customers
The Ministry of Food Industry, in agreement with the customer ministries (central offices and authorities) and after approval by the main arbiter of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, provides pursuant to Section 192 of Act No. 69 / 1958 Coll., on Economic Relations between Socialist Organisations:
The Annex to the Decree of the Ministry of Food Industry No 182 / 1958 Ú. l, which issues the basic conditions for the supply of products supplied by the undertakings of the Ministry of Food Industry to public wholesale and other customers, is amended as follows:
1. paragraph 2 (c) - (aa) shall read as follows:
"For spirits and vinegar of fermented spirit drinks:
Spirit drinks produced by the cold process, sweetened and not sweetened, provided they are delivered to the same production plant in a quantity of 500 litres, otherwise according to the Agreement, hot spirit drinks and drinks Stock - two bottles - 1 transport original packaging, noble distillates - 1 transport original packaging, cut distillates (combined) with the exception of Stock - two bottles - 200 litres, fermented alcohol - 10 hectolitres. '
2. paragraph 2 (e) shall read as follows:
"For preserved products:

| marmeláda, jamy, povidla, kompoty, okurky sterilované, okurky nakládané, okurky rychlokvašené, zelenina sterilovaná, zelenina nakládaná, sirupy limonádové, konzumní sirupy | 1 tuna |
| ovocné protlaky, ovocné rosoly | 0,3 tuny |
| zelenina sušená | 0,2 tuny |
| rajský protlak a hotová jídla | 0,5 tuny |
| konzervační přípravky | 0,3 tuny |
| kečup, rajská šťáva, hořčice konzumní stolní, hořčice kremžská, ovocná přesnídávka, Karotela | 0,2 tuny |
| sušené ovoce, zelenina v soli | 0,1 tuny |
| dietní hotová jídla | 0,1 tuny |
| kojenecké polévky | 0,05 tuny |
| pomazánky z telecího masa | 0,05 tuny |
| tekuté ovoce a zelenina | 0,2 tuny |
| kandované ovoce, proslazené ovoce, dětská výživa zeleninová, šípkový čaj, houby nakládané | 0,1 tuny |
| houby sušené, koření - sdružená zásilka | 0,05 tuny |
| Citro | 0,015 tuny |
| ovocná vína stolní, ovocná vína desertní, ovocné mošty (nekvasy) | 5,- hl |
| kvasinky vinné | 1 000 ampulí |
| pektin tekutý, pektin práškový, Petosa prášková, Petosa tekutá | 1 originální balení |
When purchasing the customer's own cars, the minimum quantity shall be reduced to 1 original transport package. '
3. the following paragraph 3 is inserted after paragraph 2:
"(3) For deliveries to stores (via wholesale), the minimum dispatch quantity shall be as follows:
| čokoládové a nečokoládové cukrovinky | 200 kg |
| tabulková čokoláda, kakaový prášek | 30 kg |
| hroznové víno přírodní | 300 l |
| hroznové víno desertní | 100 l |
| trvanlivé pečivo | 200 kg.“ |
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1962.
