on the regulation of certain matters in the field of education, agriculture and census by the Slovak National Council under Section 96 (2) of the Constitution. *)
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
Act of the Slovak National Council
1. the University of Fine Arts will be established in Slovakia, beginning with the study year 1948 / 1949, and the University of Musical Arts and their legal situation will be adjusted;
2. the "Management of the property before land reform" (Section 20 of the Slovak National Council Decree of 23 August 1945, No. 104 Coll. SNR, as amended by the regulations is changing and complementary) shall be deleted and the legal circumstances resulting therefrom shall be adjusted,
3. The Act of 8 October 1940, No. 265 of the Coll. on the census, shall be repealed and the Act of 17 March 1927, No. 47 Coll., on the census shall be renewed in Slovakia.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; it shall be carried out by all members of the Government.
