on the area of service of certain state and other public servants.
The Provisional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
The rate of paid civil servants who are not entitled to full service after 35 years or less of actual deductible service hours under the applicable rules shall be 40% up to the first 10 years and 2.4% of the pension base for each subsequent eligible year, but not more than 100% of that base.
State employees under this Act are civil servants in active service, for which the Law of 24 June 1926, No. 103 Coll., on the regulation of the pay and certain service conditions of civil servants (the Law of the Salary) applies, or regulations issued under this Act.
The provisions in force so far which contravene this law shall be repealed, with the exception of the provisions on the evaluation of the time taken into account by the application of the amounts issued under the social insurance transfer rules (arrangements) and the provisions on entitlement to and the size of the service before the completion of the five deductible years.
The provisions of this Act shall apply mutatis mutandis to the staff of territorial authorities.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; it shall be carried out by all members of the Government.
