Resolution No 131 / 2021 of the GOVERNMENT OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC

I. orders, with effect from 20 March 2021, from 00: 00 to 28 March 2021 to 23: 59, all social service providers providing social services pursuant to § 49 and 50 of Act No. 108 / 2006 Coll., on social services, as amended, (home for seniors, home with special regime), that the following conditions be met in the event of leaving outside the premises or premises of the establishment in which the social service is provided, for the duration of the emergency condition:

1. the walk will be allowed on condition that the user is placed in separate premises immediately upon return and within 72 hours of the end of the walk the first antigenic POC test will be carried out which will be repeated for another 3 to 4 days; the placing in separate spaces will be terminated in the event of negative results from both tests. The procedure according to the previous sentence does not apply to persons who have been issued a certificate from the Ministry of Health of the Czech Republic on vaccination against COVID-19 disease, and since the application of the second dose of vaccine in the case of a two-dose schedule according to the Summary of Product Characteristics (hereinafter referred to as the SPC) at least 14 days have passed, or since the application of the first dose of vaccine in the case of a single dose scheme according to the SPC, at least 14 days has passed, and the person vaccinated does not show any symptoms of COVID-19 disease,

2. the user of social services uses respiratory protective devices (nose, mouth), which is a respirator or similar device (always without an exhalation valve) meeting at least all technical conditions and requirements (for the product), including filtration efficiency of at least 94% according to the relevant standards (e.g. FFP2, KN95), a medical face mask or similar device fulfilling at least all technical conditions and requirements (for the product) of the standard ČSN EN 14683 + AC which prevents the spread of droplets;

II. With effect from 20 March 2021, the crisis measure adopted by the Government Resolution of 26 February 2021 No 202, published under No 102 / 2021 Coll.
