ORDER
GOVERNMENTS OF THE CZECH REPUBLIC
of 26 March 2020
on the adoption of crisis measures
Following the Government Resolution 194 of 12 March 2020, in accordance with Articles 5 and 6 of Constitutional Act No. 110 / 1998 Coll., on the Security of the Czech Republic, the Government declared emergency status for the territory of the Czech Republic because of a health threat related to the detection of coronavirus / referred to as SARS CoV-2 / in the territory of the Czech Republic and, within the meaning of § 5 (a) to (e) and § 6 of Act No. 240 / 2000 Coll., on crisis management and on the amendment of certain laws (Crisis Act), as amended, for the resolution of the situation arising, the adoption of crisis measures, by virtue of § 5 (e) and § 6 (1) (b) of the Crisis Act.
Government
Takes note of the extraordinary measure taken by the Ministry of Health No 13361 / 2020-1 / MIN / KAN of 26 March 2020 providing for certain additional exemptions from the prohibition on retail sale and sale of services, fixed for the period until 1 April 2020 until 6: 00.
