DECLARATION
of 12 April 2012
amending Decree No. 217 / 2010 Coll., on the establishment of qualification assumptions for the professional classification of professional soldiers
According to § 3 (2) (b) of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended by Act No. 254 / 2002 Coll.:
Decree No. 217 / 2010 Coll., on the establishment of qualification conditions for the professional classification of professional soldiers, is amended as follows:
1. in Paragraph 1 (2) (d), the words "with the rank of sergeant, sergeant general, ensign and ensign" shall be deleted;
2. in Article 1 (2), point (e) is deleted;
Points (f) to (h) shall be renumbered as points (e) to (g).
3. in Article 1, the following paragraph 3 is added:
"(3) The provisions of paragraph 2 (e) and (f) shall not apply to soldiers assigned to military music in place in the organisation system. For inclusion in this system, the minimum educational attainment in the higher-education body shall be determined by lower officers and senior officers - higher vocational education in the conservatory. ';
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 June 2012.
