GOVERNMENT REGULATION
of 9 June 1999
amending Government Regulation 303 / 1995 Coll., on minimum wage, as amended
The Government orders pursuant to § 111 (3) of Act No. 65 / 1965 Coll., the Labour Code, as amended by Act No. 3 / 1991 Coll., and pursuant to § 4 (4) of Act No. 1 / 1992 Coll., on wages, remuneration for on-call and on average earnings, as amended by Act No. 10 / 1993 Coll.:
Government Decree No. 303 / 1995 Coll., on minimum wage, as amended by Government Decree No. 320 / 1997 Coll. and Government Decree No. 317 / 1998 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 2 (1) (a), the amount "18 CZK" is replaced by "20 CZK."
2. In Paragraph 2 (1) (b), "CZK 3 250" is replaced by "CZK 3 600."
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 July 1999.
