amending Decree No. 42 / 1966 Coll., on the provision of medical preventive care
The Ministry of Health and Social Affairs of the Czech Socialist Republic provides in the agreement with the participating central authorities pursuant to § 11 (2) of Act No. 20 / 1966 Coll., on the care of the health of the people:
The Decree of the Ministry of Health No. 42 / 1966 Coll., on the provision of preventive care treatment, is amended as follows:
1. In Paragraph 58 (1), the words "for some prosthetic work in dental care 'are deleted.
2.
(1) In dental care, the patient is obliged to deliver the precious metal containing the gold needed to produce the prosthetic product or to pay the value of the gold contained in the dental alloy and to pay the cost of gilding or other plating.
(2) Patients whose medical condition requires the production of a dental alloy prosthetic product containing gold shall pay the value of gold contained in dental alloys at the level of the wholesale price charged to the health organisation. (1) In such cases, the medical practitioner of the hospital's dental department and the clinic shall be responsible for the medical examination in cooperation with the competent dental practitioner (2). "
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
