on further amendments to Decree No. 128 / 1975 Coll., implementing the Social Security Act, as amended
The Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, in agreement with the participating central authorities and the Central Council of Trade Unions, provides, pursuant to § 172 paragraphs 1 and 4 of Act No. 121 / 1975 Coll., on Social Security, as amended by Act No. 150 / 1979 Coll., the legal measure of the Bureau of the Federal Assembly No. 7 / 1982 Coll., Act No. 116 / 1983 Coll. and Act No. 56 / 1984 Coll.:
Čl. I
Decree No. 128 / 1975 Coll., implementing the Social Security Act, as amended by Decree No. 108 / 1979 Coll., No. 164 / 1979 Coll., No. 15 / 1982 Coll., No. 78 / 1982 Coll., No. 141 / 1983 Coll., No. 144 / 1983 Coll. and No. 73 / 1984 Coll., are amended as follows:
1. The following Section 22a is inserted after Section 22:
„§ 22a
K § 28 and 34 of the Act
An accident at work in or directly related to employment in the first category of employment shall also be regarded as an accident at work (§ 27 (1), first sentence of the first law) suffered by a doctor during the underground work in the deep-sea mines in the performance of his or her duties or in the direct connection with the performance of those tasks. '
Article 22a is renumbered Article 22b.
2. in Paragraph 28 (2) (a), the amount of 880 CZK is replaced by 950 CZK and the amount of 1500 CZK by 1600 CZK;
3.Paragraph 36 (b) reads as follows:
"(b) to a soldier if, on the net income of members of a common household, a soldier accounts for one member of a maximum of 800 Ccs per month; a soldier shall also be considered a member of the household and, if a member of the household is pregnant, an additional member of the household shall be added. ';
footnote 24 is deleted.
4. In Paragraph 73 (2), the words "and apply for security 'are deleted.
5. Paragraph 74 (2) reads as follows:
"(2) Voluntary protection of the artist shall be based on the application on the date on which the artist fulfils the conditions set out in Paragraph 73 (2) and shall expire on the date on which he does not meet any of these conditions. If a mandatory artist enters the job, he is voluntarily secured on the day of entry without applying. Entry into employment and the cessation of artistic activity shall be declared by the artist within 8 days to the authority responsible for performing the protection of artists and the organisation co-operating in the performance of the protection of the artist. ';
6. Article 79 (3) reads as follows:
"(3) The sickness shall be granted on calendar days and shall be:

7. In the second sentence of Paragraph 79 (5), the part of the sentence before the semicolon is deleted.
8. In Paragraph 79 (6), the amount of 90 Kčs is replaced by 96 Kčs and the amount of 100 Kčs by 107 Kčs.
9. in Article 97c (2), the amount of 86 CZK is replaced by 107 CZK;
10. In Paragraph 108 (2), the words "in the Annex to this Order 'are replaced by the words" in Annex 1 to the Order'.
11. Paragraph 110, including the title, reads:
„§ 110
Education
The pension is payable to the pensioner of an old-age or invalidity pension for each child (Section 40 of the Act). A widower's pension is paid for every child (Section 40 of the Act) if he is not a participant in pension insurance or sickness insurance and has at least one child under three years of age in direct care. The education allowance also belongs to a child entrusted to the recipient of one of those pensions in foster care. The education allowance, including the child allowance, which is disabled and requires permanent care, shall be granted at the level and under conditions such as the pension allowance (pension allowance) (Section 46 of the Act). '

„§ 111
Increase in pensions and education for helplessness
The increase in pension and education for helplessness is granted at the level and under the conditions laid down in Section 47 of the Act. '
13. in § 115 (1) and (2), the amount of 880 CZK shall be replaced by 950 CZK and 1500 CZK by 1600 CZK;
14. In Paragraph 118, the words "the lowest rates of old-age and invalidity pension for a widow who is not entitled to a widow's pension (Paragraph 57 (5) of the Law) 'are inserted after the words" the lowest rates of old-age and invalidity pensions for a widow who is not entitled to a widow's pension (Paragraph 57 (5) of the Law)' and the words "and the increase of pension for helplessness' are inserted.
15. in Article 124 paragraphs 2, 3 and 5 are deleted and paragraph 4 becomes paragraph 2.
16. Article 124 is added to paragraph 3:
"(3) The provisions on the amount of child allowance, the allowance for a child who is disabled and requires permanent care, the dependent children, the exclusion of entitlement to child allowance and the coexistence of child allowance and payment, as well as other provisions on child allowance, contained in the rules on the security of the mother and child of cooperative peasants, shall apply mutatis mutandis. '
17. in Article 126 (1), the amount of 400 CZK is replaced by 600 CZK and the amount of 500 CZK by 700 CZK;
18. In Section 142 (2), the words "and 3 'are deleted.
19. in § 155 (2), "§ 154 (4)" is replaced by "§ 154 (3)";
20. in Article 171 (1) (b), the words "old-fashioned or" shall be inserted after the words "the conditions of entitlement to";
Čl. II
Transitional provisions
(1) Artists who, prior to the entry into force of this Decree, met the conditions for voluntary security but did not participate in such security only because they did not apply for security and who subsequently applied for security after the date of application of this Order shall be subject to voluntary security not earlier than 1 January 1985, provided that they met the conditions laid down therein. However, if, after the date of application of this decree, the average monthly earnings of the artist are determined, account shall also be taken of the income obtained by the organisation co-operating in the performance of the protection of artists from the artistic activity carried out prior to the date of application of this decree at a time when the conditions for voluntary security have been met, but the artist has not been registered for security.
(2) Maternity sickness and monetary assistance paid to artists and citizens providing services on the basis of an authorisation of a national committee of an amount set in accordance with the existing rules shall be adjusted in accordance with Article I (6), (8) and (9) without application from the date of application of this Decree.
(3) The provisions of Article II (2) and (3) of Law No 56 / 1984 apply mutatis mutandis to the adjustment or award of the pension increase for helplessness (Article I (12) according to Article 47 (1) of Act No. 121 / 1975 Coll., on social security, as amended by Act No. 73 / 1982 Coll., as amended by the Act No. 73 / 1982 Coll., by virtue of Article II (2) and (3) of the Act No. 56 / 1984 Coll. mutatis mutandis, that the adjustment or award shall be made upon request at the earliest time from the payment for September 1984.
(4) The amount of assigned revenue in accordance with Article 21 (3) of the Financial Regulation is estimated at EUR 900000. No 13 of this decree shall be implemented on request at the earliest from the payment of the pension due after the effective date of that decree.
Čl. III
This Decree shall take effect on 1 January 1985.
