Government Regulation
of 27 April 1949
on the transitional adjustment of the surcharges to the charge for measuring measures, scales and other measuring instruments in Slovakia. *)
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders, in accordance with Article 18 of Act V / 1907, the following measures, their use and supervision:
The amount to be reported in column 060 of this row: Original deduction according to Article 36 (1) (b) of CRR Also the Ordinance of 10 May 1946 of the Board of Authors, No 73 of the SNR, amending the Government Regulation on the charging of measuring measures, scales and other measuring instruments, shall apply until 31 December 1951.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 January 1949; to be carried out by the Minister for Industry.
