on the liquidation of the legal conditions of the German Evangelical Church in Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
The German Evangelical Church in Bohemia, Moravia and Silesia (hereinafter referred to as "the Church") expired on 4 May 1945.
The church matrix is managed by the county national committees.
(1) All immovable and movable property, in particular property rights, which on 4 May 1945 was owned by church municipalities (parish or county municipalities or local communities) of the Church or its institutes, foundations and funds, is transferred to the State of Czechoslovakia.
(2) The Ministry of Education and Education shall determine in an agreement with the Ministry of Interior which transferred the property pursuant to paragraph 1 to the ownership of the Czechoslovak State.
The provisions of Parts II to IV of the Order of the President of the Republic of 25 October 1945, No. 108 Coll., on the confiscation of hostile property and National Recovery Funds, and of the Act of 8 May 1947, No. 90 Coll., on the implementation of the library order of the parties to confiscated enemy property, and on the treatment of certain legal conditions relating to the allocated property, whereby the Ministry of Education and Education, in agreement with the Ministry of Interior, shall determine which property is to be assigned to the cultural, religious or similar purposes and which church, religious society or other organisation of a similar nature.
(1) This law is without prejudice to the validity of acts carried out in the conduct of the church's mantle, and to the validity of marriages concluded before the spiritual administrators of the church until the date on which the law became effective.
(2) Nor are the measures on the assets referred to in § 3 which were taken before the Act was effective under the confiscation and distribution rules.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; It shall be carried out by the Ministers for Education, Education and Home Affairs.
