Government Regulation
of 1 July 1947
adapting certain measures to implement the two-year economic plan.
The Government of the Czechoslovak Republic hereby orders pursuant to Article 16, paragraph 3 of the Act of 25 October 1946, No 192 Coll., on a two-year economic plan:
(1) The investment cost, set out in § 6, paragraph 1 of Act No. 192 / 1946 Coll., is increased to CZK 70,232 billion. This amount may be further increased in the context of approved investments by the difference between the prices applicable on 25 October 1946 and those applicable on the initial date of application of this Regulation.
(2) The schedule of the investment load set out in Section 6, paragraph 2 of Act No. 192 / 1946 Coll., after the increase in the cost referred to in paragraph 1, is amended by adding the amount of CZK 70,232 billion to:
| a) na průmysl a řemeslnou výrobu | 25,732 miliardy Kčs, |
| z toho na průmysl výživy 2,950 miliardy Kčs, | |
| b) na zemědělství | 5,213 miliardy Kčs, |
| c) na dopravu | 15,087 miliardy Kčs, |
| d) na opravu bytů zničených válkou a na opatření nových bytů | 14,000 miliard Kčs, |
| e) na pozemní, vodohospodářské, dopravní a jiné veřejné stavby | 10,200 miliardy Kčs. |
(3) In addition to the investments referred to in paragraph 1, additional investments shall be made with a maximum cost of CZK 8,433 billion.
(4) Of the amount of CZK 8,433 billion:
| a) na průmysl | 4,750 miliardy Kčs, |
| z toho na průmysl výživy 0,151 miliardy Kčs, | |
| b) na zemědělství | 0,350 miliardy Kčs, |
| c) na dopravu | 0,686 miliardy Kčs, |
| z toho na pošty 0,226 miliardy Kčs, | |
| d) na pozemní, vodohospodářské, dopravní a jiné veřejné stavby | 2,647 miliardy Kčs. |
(5) The amount referred to in Paragraph 8 (2) of Act No. 192 / 1946 Coll. is increased to CZK 5,750 billion.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication; All members of the government will do it.
