DECLARATION
of 12 April 2012
amending Decree No. 265 / 1999 Coll., laying down the period of service of professional soldiers preparing for the performance of their duties, and the amount of remuneration which may be required on the professional soldier if he fails to comply with the agreement, as amended
The Ministry of Defence provides, pursuant to Article 5 (6) of Act No. 221 / 1999 Coll., on professional soldiers, as amended by Act No. 254 / 2002 Coll.:
In Paragraph 1 (2) of Decree No. 265 / 1999 Coll., which provides for the period of service of professional soldiers preparing for the performance of their duties and the amount of remuneration which may be required on the professional soldier if he fails to comply with the agreement, the words "after completion of his studies' shall be inserted in the second sentence after the words" in service '.
Transitional provision
The performance of the obligation to remain in service for a study which was completed before the date of entry into force of this decree and has not yet occurred because the earlier duty to remain in service which was not related to the study of a soldier has not been fulfilled is the date of entry into force of this decree.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 May 2012.
