Parliament has decided on this law of the Czech Republic:
Amendment of the Trade Business Act

1. In Annex No 2 LIABILITIES LIABILITIES Group 214 "Other ', the following text is added in column 1:" Purchase, storage and sale of medical devices which may be sold by medical devices dealers *)', column 2:
"(a) higher education or higher vocational education completed by discharge, or secondary education completed by a graduate examination, or demonstrated two years of experience in the course of their sales of medical devices; and
(b) evidence of training by the manufacturer * *) of the appropriate medical device for the activities listed in column 1 ';
and in column 3, the text:
"*) § 1 (2) of Decree No. 350 / 2000 Coll., regulating the sale of medical devices.
* *) § 18 (2) (a) (1) of Act No. 123 / 2000 Coll., on Medical Devices and on the Amendment of Certain Related Acts, as amended by Act No. 130 / 2003 Coll. '
2. In Annex 3 TO CONCESTED LIFE, Group 315 "Medical devices'," Purchase, storage and sale of medical devices provided for by the Ministry of Health, which may be sold by sellers of designated medical devices', including the text in columns 2, 4 and 5, is deleted.
Transitional provision
Trade authorisations issued in accordance with Annex 3 by Group 315 "Medical devices' to Act No. 455 / 1991 Coll., on Trade Business (Trade Business Act), as amended, remain valid even after the entry into force of this Act, with the fact that decisions on the award of concessions and concession certificates are considered to be licences of trade authorisations for the new bound trade referred to in Annex 2 to Group 214" Other '.
EFFECTIVE
(1) That law shall take effect on the first day of the fourth calendar month following its publication, with the exception of the provisions of Article I:
(a) point (9) as regards Sections 3 (l), 14 as regards Section 4 (6) and 21 as regards Section 11 (5) (b), which take effect from the date of entry into force of the Treaty of Accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union;
(b) point 19, as regards Article 8 (1) (b), which shall take effect on the date of publication of the Sectoral Annex to the HEALTH ENVIRONMENT to the Protocol to the Europe Agreement establishing an Association between the Czech Republic, of the one part, and the European Communities and their Member States, of the other part, on conformity assessment and acceptance of industrial products in the Collection of International Treaties,
(c) paragraph 19 as regards Paragraph 8 (1) (b), which shall take effect on the date of entry into force of the Treaty of Accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union if that provision does not come into force under point (b).
(2) The date of entry into force of the Treaty of Accession of the Czech Republic to the European Union of Article I (13) expires.
