DECLARATION
Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition
of 12 October 1982
amending Decree No 37 / 1963 of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Aquaculture Coll., on the protection of bees, fish and game for pest control, as amended by Decree No 35 / 1978 of the Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition Coll.
The Federal Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition, in agreement with the Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition of the Czech Socialist Republic and the Ministry of Agriculture and Nutrition of the Slovak Socialist Republic, provides, pursuant to Article 27 (3) of Act No. 61 / 1964 Coll., on the development of plant production:
The Decree of the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Aquaculture No. 37 / 1963 Coll., on the protection of bees, fish and game in pest control by plant protection products, as amended by Decree No. 35 / 1978 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. the last sentence of Paragraph 2 (3) reads:
"Blossoming crops shall also be considered as flowering crops of beans and beets visited by bees in the presence of mead 1) (Annex No 1). ';
2. In Annex 1, the penultimate sentence shall read:
"Blossoming crops shall also be considered as flowering crops of beans and beets visited by bees in the presence of mead. ';
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
