supplementing Decree No 153 / 1959 of the Ú. l., on Territorial Planning
The Federal Ministry of Technical and Investment Development, pursuant to § 16 (1) (a) of Act No. 84 / 1958 Coll., on Territorial Planning, and § 51 of Act No. 133 / 1970 Coll., on the jurisdiction of federal ministries, provides:
Decree No 153 / 1959 of the Ú. l, on Territorial Planning, is added as follows:
1. the following point (f) shall be added to Article 3 (4):
"(f) determine the boundaries of the newly proposed areas for each type of functional use, taking into account the existing boundaries of the parcels,"
2. the following shall be added to Article 11 (C) (a):
"(a) the scope of construction with the definition of areas and their boundaries, in particular for housing, production, energy, transport, agriculture, recreation and principles for the implementation of construction (use of types, sequence of construction process, etc.)."
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
