on the exchange of old bread vouchers for new vouchers
The Ministry of Food Industry, in agreement with the Ministry of Internal Trade and with other participating central authorities and authorities, provides for the provisions of § § 1 and § 2 of Decree No. 109 / 1945 Coll., on Production Management, and § § § 1 and § 2 of Act No. 160 / 1949 Coll., on Internal Trade:
In view of the new territorial organisation of the State and in order to avoid abuse of the current bread vouchers, the exchange of old vouchers for new vouchers is necessary. Therefore, the old bread vouchers issued to farmers by 30 September 1960 pursuant to Decree No 241 / 1957 of the Food Industry and Internal Trade Ministries of Ú. l., on the exchange of farmers' flour for bread, shall expire on 31 October 1960; starting on 1 November 1960; must not issue bread to old vouchers.
1. In the period from 1 October to 31 October 1960, they will exchange old bread vouchers for new agricultural mill vouchers issued to farmers.
2. In cases where the agricultural mill which issued or moved the old vouchers to another region has been abolished, or where, for serious reasons, the farmer has not been able to replace the vouchers in time, he shall carry out an additional exchange of the old vouchers for the bread of the district mill-bakery plant in which the farmer resides by 15 November 1960 at the latest; after that date, it is no longer possible to exchange old vouchers.
New orders for bread are valid only in the territory of the region in which they were issued and in the time period indicated therein.
1. By 12 November 1960, trade organisations shall submit to the relevant financial department of the District National Committee the vouchers adopted in October 1960 by sticking the old vouchers and new vouchers on the special sheet.
2. The Financial Services of the District National Committee shall issue to trade organisations a separate certificate of the value of received old vouchers and a separate certificate of the value of received new vouchers.
3. Business organisations will invoice the bread issued in October to mill-bakery businesses, especially for old vouchers and for new vouchers.
This Decree shall take effect from 10 September 1960.
