If one of the High Contracting Parties were involved in an armed conflict with Germany, which would attempt to restore its offensive policy or with other States that would join Germany in its offensive policy directly or in any other way, the other High Contracting Party would immediately provide it with military or any other assistance at its disposal.
The High Contracting Parties will consult on all serious international issues relating to the interests of both countries or the maintenance of peace and international security.
The High Contracting Parties undertake not to negotiate any alliance and not to participate in any action that would be directed against the other High Contracting Party.
