amending the provisions of the Law on the authorisation of marriages of persons subject to the obligation and the related provisions of the Law on maintenance allowance.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
Paragraph 3 of the Act of 18 March 1921, No 120 Coll., which lays down provisions on the provision of maintenance allowances to the families of persons engaged in military service, as amended and amended, is amended and read as follows:
The right to maintenance allowance shall not be granted to the wife of the persons referred to in Section 1, No 1 of this Act if the marriage has been concluded without the authorisation required under Section 36 of the Law of Defence. '
The declaration of renunciation of the maintenance allowance shall be without legal effect from 1 April 1947, without distinction, if it was made before or after the application of this law.
Legislation contrary to this law shall be repealed.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; It shall be implemented by national defence and interior ministers in agreement with the ministers involved.
