DECLARATION
of 13 January 2022
amending Decree No 528 / 2005 Coll., on physical safety and certification of technical means, as amended
According to Articles 33 and 53 (a) and 53 (f) of Act No. 412 / 2005 Coll., on the Protection of classified information and on security competence, as amended by Act No. 255 / 2011 Coll., Act No. 420 / 2011 Coll. and Act No. 205 / 2017 Coll.:
Annex No 1 to Decree No. 528 / 2005 Coll., on Physical Safety and Certification of Technical Means, as amended by Decree No. 19 / 2008 Coll., Decree No. 454 / 2011 Coll. and Decree No. 204 / 2016 Coll., is amended as follows:
1. In point 5.3, the third sentence is replaced by the following: "Special television systems shall comply with the requirements of standard ČSN EN 62676- 11- Surveillance video systems for use in safety applications - Part 1-1: System requirements - General. '
2. In point 6.5, the second sentence is deleted.
3. In point 7, the third sentence is deleted.
4. At the end of point 7, the following is added:
"Note:
The electrical fire alarm equipment shall comply with the requirements of other legislation, such as Section 8 of Decree No. 246 / 2001 Coll., on determining the conditions of fire safety and the performance of state fire control (Fire Prevention Order), as amended. '
5. Point 9, including the title, reads:

The physical destruction equipment of information media or NNI 4 data are intended for the destruction of classified information of a classified classification grade of Top Secret or Lower. The physical destruction of information or data media shall be certified by the Office.

The physical destruction equipment of NNI-1 information media or data are intended for the destruction of classified classified information of the Level Reserved. The physical destruction of information or data media shall be certified by the Office.

The physical destruction equipment of information media or type 0 data are intended for the destruction of classified information of a classified classification grade of Top Secret or Lower. It is used for destruction to burn, melt, crush or break. The temperature to be exposed when burned or melted, the method of crushing or breaking, and the duration of its action shall lead to total destruction. The responsible person, or the authorised person, who carries out the disposal of the classified information shall ensure that, using the method of burning, melting, crushing or breaking down, complete destruction of the medium and the impossibility of restoring the classified information is achieved.
The physical destruction equipment of information media or type 0 data are also intended for the destruction of classified classified classified information of a foreign authority of a classified level Top secret or lower.
If the physical destruction equipment of the information or data media does not meet the above requirements for the size of the waste particles for the appropriate classification level, the responsible person or the authorised person shall ensure further destruction of the waste particles by type 0, i.e. by using the method of burning, melting, crushing or breaking. ';
6. In the first sentence of point 15, "4 'is replaced by" 5'.
Efficacy
This Decree shall take effect on 1 February 2022, with the exception of Article I (5), which shall take effect on 1 January 2023.
