In agreement with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs pursuant to § 12 paragraph 2 of Act No. 365 / 2000 Coll., on Information Systems of Public Administration and on the amendment of certain other laws, as amended by Act No. 81 / 2006 Coll., Act No. 110 / 2007 Coll. and Act No. 269 / 2007 Coll.:
In Annex No 2 to Decree No 388 / 2007 Coll., establishing the list of municipal offices and the list of representative offices issuing certified outputs from public administration information systems, the following row is inserted at the beginning of the table text:
