DECLARATION

determining the functions which only employees in employment may hold in the administrative service of the Czech Prison Service and the functions in which members of staff may exceptionally continue to be classified in the service
The Ministry of Justice provides according to § 27 paragraph 1 of the Act of the Czech National Council No. 555 / 1992 Coll., on the Prison Service and the Judicial Guard of the Czech Republic:
The functions which can only be performed by employees in employment in the administrative service of the Czech Prison Service are set out in Annex 1 to this Decree.
The functions in the administrative service of the Prison Service of the Czech Republic, in which members may continue to be included in the service relationship, are set out in Annex 2 to this Decree.
This decree shall take effect on the day of its publication.
