CONSTRUCTION LAW
of 23 January 1990
on a change in the system of federal central bodies headed by a member of the Czechoslovak Socialist Government
The Federal Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic decided on this constitutional law:
The Federal Ministry of Transport and Communications established by the Constitutional Act No. 42 / 1988 Coll., on changes in the system of federal central authorities, headed by a member of the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, are established by the Federal Ministry of Transport and the Federal Ministry of Communications.
If existing laws and other legislation entrust competence to the existing Federal Ministry of Transport and Communications, the Federal Ministry of Transport and the Federal Ministry of Communications shall exercise that competence in the field of transport.
(1) The rights and obligations of employment and other relations are transferred from the former Federal Ministry of Transport and Communications to the Federal Ministry of Transport, which was established by this constitutional law.
(2) The rights and obligations of employment relations which have expired by the date of division of the Federal Ministry of Transport and Communications are assumed by the Federal Ministry of Transport established by this constitutional law.
Article I (1) of Constitutional Act No. 42 / 1988 Coll., on Changes in the System of Federal Central Authorities, headed by a member of the Government of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic, is hereby repealed.
This constitutional law shall take effect on 1 February 1990.
