of 15 February 1967
on the adaptation of the Economic Code and certain other legislation
The Bureau of the National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Socialist Republic has decided pursuant to Article 60 (2) of the Constitution on the following legal measure:
Paragraph: "Confirmation of contracts for the supply of agricultural products and needs concluded by single agricultural cooperatives and state goods is deleted from the provisions of Section 3 of Act No. 32 / 1963 Coll., on the organisation of agricultural management. Without this confirmation, contracts shall be void. '
Paragraph 2 (2) (a) of Act No. 39 / 1957 Coll., on hop production areas, hop positions, compulsory grading of hops and the registration of hops, as amended by Law No. 77 / 1962 Coll., is added to the following sentence: "For hops grown in the hop production area" Tršicko "delivered to domestic breweries only the labelling of hops is sufficient."

1. Act No. 176 / 1949 Coll., on the examination of certain energy equipment;
2. Clause 35, 36, 38 to 41, 51, 52, 162, 259, 262, 263, 265, 266, 268 (1) and (3), 362 of Economic Code 109 / 1964 Coll.;
3. provision of § 30 of Act No. 49 / 1959 Coll., on Uniform Agricultural Cooperatives; the establishment and use of funds by single agricultural cooperatives and the use of economic instruments to promote the economic development of single agricultural cooperatives shall be regulated by the Government.
This legal measure shall take effect on the date of its publication.
