Budget Act 1960
of 18 February 1960
The National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on the following Act:
Tasks of the State Budget for 1960
On the basis of the development of the creative activity of workers, the task of the State Budget for 1960 is to secure the necessary funds for further economic and cultural development of the Republic in accordance with the State Plan for the Development of the National Economy, thereby contributing to the best implementation of the second five-year plan and to establishing the best base for the third five-year plan.
Determination of State Budget
(1) The total revenue of the state budget is determined by the amount of CZK 103.592,743.000, the total expenditure is determined by the amount of CZK 103.405,780000, so that the surplus of CZK 186,963.000 results: within the State budget, the budget of Slovakia is set at CZK 15.457,277.000 and the expenditure of CZK 19.117,964.000.
(2) The national budget contains the budgets of the national committees, the revenue and expenditure of which amount to 33.042,195.000 CZK.
Efficacy
This Law shall take effect from 1 January 1960; by the Minister for Finance and other members of the Government.
