Order of the Minister of Justice
of 25 February 1953
determining which other undertakings are entered in the company register.
The Minister of Justice hereby orders pursuant to § 14 (b) of Act No. 100 / 1950 Coll., on the Company Register:
(1) Sales and supply bases of economic ministries are also entered in the company register.
(2) Sales and supply bases are registered in the same way as national companies.
This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication.
