Order of the Minister of Justice
of 22 February 1950
determining the seat and the district courts' districts in Sečovice and Trebišov. *)
The Minister of Justice hereby orders pursuant to § 2 (2) of Act No. 320 / 1948 Coll., on Territorial Organisation of Regional and District Courts:
(1) The seat of the District Court of the District National Committee in Sečovice is set in Sečečice.
(2) The seat of the District Court of the District National Committee in Trebišov is set in Trebišov.
This amends the provisions of § 2 (2) (2) (s) of the Order of the Minister of Justice No 11 / 1949 Coll., determining the seat of the Regional Courts and the seat and districts of the District Courts.
This Regulation shall enter into force on 1 March 1950.
