of 22 January 1948
amending the laws on promotion of foreign trade.
The Constitutional National Assembly of the Czechoslovak Republic decided on this law:
Paragraph 9 of the Act of 16 July 1931, No 121 Coll., Act of 1 March 1933, No 45 Coll., Paragraph 1, paragraph 1 of the Act of 9 April 1935, No 70 Coll., and Act of 11 March 1937, No 37 Coll., is deleted.
This Act shall take effect on the day of its publication; It shall be implemented by finance, trade, industry and nutrition ministers in agreement with the ministers involved.
